貂蝉的春天Because half a month has passed, I can't remember some of the names of the dishes clearly, and I can't find the names of the dishes in the menu matched by the system. The most impressive thing is the roast duck, which is sliced and served with caviar, which is very special. The Buddha Jumps Over the Wall is okay~ There are so many people that we don't have a portion for each person, so we ordered three portions to taste~ The lamb chops are also delicious
The hairtail fish whose name I didn't search for is super amazing.. It's super big and very plump! However, you will feel sick if you eat too much.

Environment: Chinese style, small courtyard with bungalows and ancient courtyard Service: Order by scanning the QR code, warm service, basically no need to queue [Dishes] Dishes: Beijing style, almost every dish tastes good, large portions, recommended dishes: must be roast duck, must order if delicious, Huajia cabbage, sweet and sour, fried sausage, the best one I have ever eaten. If you like Beijing style cuisine, this is the right choice
When eating at Huajia Yiyuan, I not only tasted the delicious Huajia cuisine in Yiyuan Courtyard, but also learned how to eat shrimps by following pictures. I mastered certain skills, so that I would keep an eye on the shrimp market wherever I go.
It is a relatively upscale restaurant with an antique environment. Most of the dishes are in old Beijing style, and the roast duck is also a specialty. It is said that it has also received foreign guests. Basically, the service and quality are quite satisfactory.
Huajia Yiyuan is a famous courtyard-style restaurant. It was renovated and opened in 1999. The three courtyards with a depth of 100 meters are connected by winding paths. The courtyard is surrounded by exquisite and elegant corridors, which can fully appreciate the characteristics of the old Beijing mansion. The restaurant has 500 seats and more than 20 private rooms of different sizes. Whether it is a banquet, party or a drink, it is an ideal place. The restaurant's unique Huajia cuisine is the result of Mr. Hua Lei's careful summary and creation in his many years of catering career with the purpose of "I have what others don't have, I am better than others, learn from others' strengths and make up for my weaknesses, and establish my own business".
Huajia Yiyuan (Siheyuan Main Branch) is located on Dongzhimennei Street, Dongcheng District, near Beixinqiao Subway Station. Exit the Northeast Exit of Line 5 and walk east for two minutes to see Huajia Yiyuan. The facade is ancient and the interior is very large with a very good environment. The minimum consumption for a private room is 4,000 yuan. The Qing Dynasty Yongzheng Dynasty roast duck is fat but not greasy, with a variety of ingredients, which is good. The Eight Banners lamb chops are very tender. The tiger vegetable sea cucumber shreds are light and very suitable for meat dishes. Huajia cabbage is oily and a bit greasy. The waiters are of high quality.
My friend and I made an appointment at Huajia Yiyuan for lunch. It is a restaurant I loved to eat at before. I always went to the Guijie store and the Langjiayuan store. I was full of expectations this time. When I arrived at the restaurant, I found that there was a large hall inside, and there was a stage. There was also a large screen on the stage that played the Huajia promotional leaflet in a loop. Sitting next to the stage, I always felt that it was too dazzling. At noon, the restaurant was super crowded. The waiters seemed to be not active at work. They were all gathered at the service desk. I couldn’t hear the waiters at all when I ordered dishes and got tableware. I walked over to say hey to them, but they completely ignored me and left. The taste of the dishes is not as good as before. I miss the big portion of Overlord Chicken before. Now it is a small portion. The sugar cake is good. The dishes are generally salty. People say that nine out of ten chefs are bland. I guess we caught up with the salty one.
