Check in at the Michelin restaurant. The decoration style of the restaurant is luxurious Chinese style. It is high-end. I like the wine cellar at the door.

* Fresh Shrimp Goldfish Dumpling* The shrimp is very fresh and the goldfish is lifelike.

The overall service of the hotel is very good. There are not many waiters in the restaurant, but the overall service is very thoughtful. The menu and towels are provided in a timely manner. The person in charge Iris is also very kind. I will come again next time I come to Beijing.

Waldorf Astoria Beijing has teamed up with German century-old toy brand STEIFF to offer Steiff afternoon tea, which is now on sale.
The customized afternoon teaware is made from American Waldorf clocks. Watching the clock swing, you can enjoy your own tea in the afternoon.
The bear-shaped yogurt Duoduo is made by mashing persimmons into the shape of a bear, adding yogurt, probiotics, and finally a small cup of bird&#39;s nest, which is suitable for the occasion and nutritious.

The decoration is exquisite and the seats are comfortable. The high-quality decoration with oriental elements is amazing.

I visited this restaurant with a friend visiting from another city. Everything was fantastic. I believe you can tell how good service is not by how well they manage things but by how they manage their mistakes. There was a small error on the bill that I pointed out. I thought that I had made a mistake but when they returned with the bill, they told me that they had double-checked and realized that there had in fact been a mistake and rectified it immediately. This has led me to going back several more times as they earned my trust.

✅Grilled marble steak
Last time I chose Australian grain-fed steak, this time I chose grilled marble steak. The steak of more than 500g is very pleasing. I am the type who easily gets stuck in my teeth or can&#39;t chew beef, but this steak is not like that at all. After the appetizer is finished, the steak comes hot, and the waiter cuts it in front of you with a special knife, and you can enjoy it.
70% rare, slightly red inside, the skin is well charred, but the taste is very tender, sprinkled with some fresh pepper, which highlights the aroma of the steak.
