Haidilao Hot Pot (gaoxinhuolihui)

We made reservations for Mother's Day, and it was quite lively for the whole family to eat hot pot. The prices of Haidilao have indeed increased a lot in the past two years, but the beef cubes of this Haidilao are still real beef. I ordered a crispy bone slider which was a bit disappointing, but the rest was still up to par.

Haidilao on the fifth floor of Hi-Tech Vitality Club is very popular. Before the epidemic, it was open until 3 a.m. every day and was always crowded. The ingredients are very fresh and there is never any rotten or spoiled food on the table. The service is also very good and there is never any dissatisfaction.

There are five or six Haidilao restaurants in Changchun, and another one has recently opened in Huolihui. It is recommended that if you drive to this restaurant, it is more convenient to go to the underground garage. The signs are clear and easy to understand. You can see her restaurant directly on the fifth floor. The service is excellent. From the moment you get out of the elevator, the service staff will warmly greet you and accompany you throughout the whole process. It is very considerate. Another advantage of this restaurant is that you don’t have to queue up. Because there are not many people in Huolihui, there is basically no queue except for the weekend evening rush hour. There are so many snacks that I feel embarrassed to eat and take them. But the popcorn is delicious and I am almost full. Hot pot steak, this is my favorite meat, very delicious but not very large. New Zealand lamb, lamb is not as good as beef. The signature shrimp paste is still very clean. It is just right for two or three people. Why is there no fat beef sauce in the self-service seasoning? This shouldn’t be the case, but there really is no. This time I happened to happen to be celebrating the birthday of the person at the next table, and I experienced the embarrassment of the birthday girl, haha.
