Staying at the Lijing Hotel with my child was such a pleasant surprise! The elegant traditional Chinese-style environment, the thoughtfully decorated family rooms, and the proximity to the scenic area all made it a wonderful vacation. The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff were friendly, the pool was perfect for kids, and the all-inclusive package of dining, accommodation, and entertainment made for a truly comfortable stay.
This restaurant is on the second floor of the hotel, and the environment is really spacious! The waiters are incredibly friendly; they'll chat with you for ages if you ask for directions or inquire about the dishes. Are all new staff this enthusiastic? 😂 Last time I asked him about their signature dishes, he led me to the open kitchen and introduced them one by one, which made me feel a little embarrassed, haha!
The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The variety was dazzling – Chinese-style steamed buns and fried dough sticks, Western-style bread and salads, you name it. My favorite was the noodle and rice noodle stand; the chef was incredibly generous with the ingredients! And I kept seeing the auntie replenishing the vegetables, keeping them piping hot and super fresh.
