I was walking around Chengdu for work. My friend said this place is a business card of Xinjin, so I came here to eat. The place is very nice and clean, and the service is simply great. We had the signature dish, which was spicy and delicious. Parking is convenient. Highly recommended.

Many local friends did not recommend it to me, but I came here to check in, just to see how the old restaurant is. A big house with a very conspicuous sign on the roadside. The greetings are very warm, whether it is the doorman who parks the bicycle or the waiter inside. Spacious and bright, because they had a banquet at noon and served us very slowly, this is understandable. I remember that someone in this restaurant is in my circle of friends. But I still want to tell the truth to help improve it. The main dish, boiled yellow croaker, tasted average, a little greasy, but still fragrant; the recommended fried red fish with black bean sauce was not crispy after being fried, but hard to tear after being soaked in oil, and the fried fish meat was like a loofah absorbing grease, and the taste was not very good; the green beans used in the babao dish were too old and had a lot of tendons; the complimentary tremella soup itself was for the sake of giving customers a good experience, but unfortunately it had been left for a long time and had a strange smell, which immediately lost the joy. In the catering business, you must do this: the freer you are, the better it should be, otherwise you will get more criticism, just like being a good person, either don't do it, or do it well. As an old store and an old brand, I sincerely hope that many companies will improve, and the star rating can be given a higher point, but opinions still need to be raised.
