I spent the weekend at Xinglong Lake. The weather was pretty good. I strolled along the lake and had afternoon tea. I searched and found this restaurant with good reviews. [Environment] The environment is good. The store is divided into two sides with different styles. The right side is decorated in red and looks good. The left side is larger and a bit like a banquet. [Service] The service is average. The reception feels average. The ordering is not good either. The lady who takes the money is much better. The dishes are okay. A little salty, but the taste is good.

On the Xinglong Lake side, the newly built building is not very popular. I found this Sichuan restaurant by chance (next to Starbucks) and tried it. The taste is pretty good. The environment is also very good.

The decoration of the restaurant is quite standard. What didn't disappoint me was the taste. The pickled cabbage and fried yellow croaker tasted very comfortable, spicy, sour and fragrant, especially suitable for eating with rice. The fried pig intestines with black bean sauce was also good, and the fermented glutinous rice dumplings were very filling, similar to Zhang's fermented glutinous rice in Dujiangyan. I ordered two hairy crabs, which didn't look too big when they were served, but the crab roe inside was particularly plump. It was a good meal on the cycling trip.

Chaimen Chaiyue may be the best Chinese restaurant by Xinglong Lake. The dining environment here is so good; there are dining areas with different themes on the first floor, all of which are beautiful and tidy. This time, my elders invited me to have a good meal. The private room on the second floor is large and luxurious. The waiter's service attitude is super good, and everyone is very satisfied with the meal. The spicy beef tendon has the chewiness of beef tendon when bitten, and it is a relatively refreshing appetizer. I heard that the wind-blown ribs are the signature dish of this restaurant, so you must try it. It has the fragrance of ribs after being dried. I really want to eat a few more pieces. Salmon with sweet shrimp has avocado as the base. This is the first time I have eaten it this way. It is very unique and delicious. Those who like sweet and sour flavors will definitely like the signature cherry meat. The sweet and sour taste is just moderate, and it feels good. The tea tasting area is just outside the Xinglong Lake. It is quite pleasant to have afternoon tea here when the weather is good!

I went to Tianfu Jingrong Center to do some work. It was a bit late when I finished my work at noon. I asked around and found out that there was a restaurant nearby that was still open at that time, Chaimen Chaiyue, and it was very close. Chaimen Chaiyue has two floors. The lobby on the first floor is very large and bright, and can hold dozens of banquets. There are private rooms and a machine on the second floor. The fish with bean paste tastes the best. The fish meat is very tender, and the seasoning goes well with rice. The stir-fried seasonal vegetables are stir-fried water spinach. It is very suitable to eat some green vegetables in this season of transition from spring to summer. Xinglong Lake is just outside the restaurant. It is very comfortable to make a cup of tea, sit here and chat and enjoy the breeze.

I came back from Langzhong on the first day of the Chinese New Year. I called this restaurant in advance and they said they were open as usual during the Spring Festival. We arrived at the restaurant after 6pm and were the first table. After we ordered, 3 or 4 tables of guests came one after another. The restaurant was short-staffed, so we started a long wait. After almost an hour, the dishes were finally served. They tasted really good. The decoration is also very good, and the waiters are also OK, but the mall is really unpopular.
