On the morning streets, the aroma of rice noodles awakens your spirits. The sizzling red broth of Qifengdu Fish Noodles is sizzling, the rice noodles enveloping the sweetness of the fish meat, leaving your forehead perspiring with each bite. Bailutang Pig Noodles offer a unique twist: freshly slaughtered pig, three fresh ingredients, and a six-hour bone broth. A soft-boiled egg nestles in the bowl, and the peppery aroma warms the stomach. The pureness of lean meat noodles and the tenderness of fish head noodles—each bowl holds a local morning ritual.
[Glister] A popular online snack—authentic rice dumplings—are steamed with a soft, chewy wrapper filled with fresh filling, bursting with juice. The warm, fragrant sweet wine and egg yolks are combined with the large, glutinous rice balls, each tasting deliciously sweet. In one bite, you'll savor the tenderness of a Chenzhou breakfast. Go to the one at the train station.
[Glister][Glister] The Hunan cuisine for dinner is a perfect match for rice: the stir-fried pork with chili peppers is fragrant with local chilies, the pork belly is tender and pink, and the broth mixed with rice can fill three bowls. The fried golden egg is crispy on the outside and coated with chopped peppers, making it a real "rice killer."
[Glister][Glister] Don't miss the gifts of Dongjiang Lake. The rainbow trout, raised in cold water at 10-15°C, is as thin as a cicada's wing as sashimi, and tastes cool, sweet, and milky.
[Glister][Glister] The Gaozi Roast Chicken is a must-try. The live chicken is slow-cooked and flavorful, and the tea oil aroma and spicy flavor are so addictive that locals are willing to queue for an hour for this dish. Every spicy bite of Chenzhou's cuisine contains the secrets of mountains, rivers, and fireworks.

After three days in Chenzhou, I was completely impressed by the food here‼ ️ With the recommendation of local friends, every restaurant I ate was a good choice Let me share with you what I ate🥰 🔸 Lao Deng Qifengdu Fish Noodles I chose fish noodles for my first meal in Chenzhou, only 7r a portion! The freshly cooked noodles were poured with a super fragrant chili soup, and then two large pieces of stewed fish meat were put on top. It was so satisfying! But outsiders should not overestimate their ability to eat spicy food, the soup was so spicy... 🔸 Luo Ji Qifengdu Fish Noodle King I ate two meals at this restaurant under the strong recommendation of my friends. The first meal was to order takeout of Fish Head King Noodles. Because it was packed separately, the taste of the noodles was not affected too much. The soup base is a bit like sour soup fish, the fish head is so big, the meat is very tender, and it is not spicy. The second meal I had was yellow duck noodles and pig-killing noodles. I didn’t know that yellow duck was not a duck until the dishes were served… The fish meat was very fresh, not fresh like freshwater fish, and the soup base was also very delicious fish soup. Pig-killing noodles are pork + pork offal, but this one is not delicious… They have a lot of small pickles, and I love sour beans 🔸 Shorty Roast Chicken My friend recommended Gaozi/Shorty Roast Chicken. The former had a fierce queue, and the latter, although I was seated directly, I still had to wait for an hour for the meal. It was really delicious! The scallions and the three-yellow chicken are really delicious with rice, but the downside is... it's really spicy. I think I can handle spicy food, but I eat it with a little spiciness. I think this spiciness is enough to kill Cantonese people... I don't like salted egg yolk and potato shreds ❌ 🔸Real rice dumpling shop The dumplings soaked in bone soup are quite unique, but the rice dumpling skin is very thick, and the fillings don't have much flavor... Then I put several spoons of chili 🌶️ and I dare not eat it again... 🔸Yu Lan Pig's Head In Zixing, this is the most delicious rice bowl I have ever eaten! Pig's head is pig's head meat, and it is really fragrant when fried with chili! The meat is much smoother and tenderer than ordinary pork belly, and it is fried with a wok flavor! The bibimbap is amazing 🔸Authentic Tangdong Liuji Noodle House In Zixing, there are not many noodle houses open at night, and my friend recommended this one. Gaima noodles, more than ten kinds of vegetables look very appetizing... The pickled beans are delicious, but I don’t like the small intestines Also, their free pickled radish is delicious 🔸Dongjiang fish There are many fried small fish near the Xiaodongjiang scenic area, I think it’s quite fragrant The salmon there is very famous, but I always feel a little uncomfortable with freshwater salmon, so I didn’t go to eat it... 🔹Postal Coffee The coffee shop and the post office are very interesting. I ordered an American coffee, which tasted normal, but the small courtyard in the store was beautifully decorated 🔹Fishing Village Day Coffee Night Wine In Bailang, the raw coconut latte tasted mediocre, but the cup cover was very beautiful, suitable for buying a cup as a prop to check in Locals, please help me see if I ate the right thing☺️ And what did I miss, I will go to eat it next time #A good place to travel around with peace of mind #Global Autumn Planning #A collection of really delicious snacks #Local food

Chenzhou, Hunan, a seemingly ordinary southern city, hides a fascinating journey back to the millennium. When we press play, the journey seems to open a door in time and space, instantly transporting us back to the year 2000. 🌈The unique "county town aesthetic" of the millennium is the bluestone pavement in our memories, the shadows of the winter plane trees, the bustling atmosphere of the city, and the warm and distant memories of the millennium. #DiscoverTheColorsOfTheJourney #CityHumanitiesNotes #CapturingCityHumanities
