You'a's Big Radish and Small Chili Peppers is one of the earliest restaurants to open in Chenzhou. The waitresses and the manager are very friendly! Their new products are both beautiful and delicious! Those who haven't tried them should definitely hurry up and give them a try! 👍Most Recommended: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 1️⃣First up was the qingtuan (small dumpling) bing jelly. The small qingtuan (small dumpling) is filled with red bean paste, and the small dumpling is filled with peanuts. It was a real surprise! I've never had such a unique little dumpling, and it wasn't too sweet—just the right flavor! It's topped with osmanthus flowers and sweet wine lees, and a small portion of red beans 🫘. The look and taste are incredible! 2️⃣ Then there's the qingtuan (green rice dumpling) with coconut milk and matcha-flavored cylindrical qingtuan (green rice dumpling). This is my favorite! It has a very fragrant matcha flavor, and the sweetness is just a touch lower. For someone who's been trying to control their sugar intake, it's a real treat! 🌟Highlights: Next up is the spicy konjac jellyfish, which has a strong pepper oil flavor. Those who love pepper oil in their snacks will definitely love this! The last new item is the pickled pepper spicy rice noodles. These noodles are filled with shanghai greens 🥬 and tomatoes 🍅, giving them a slightly sour and sweet taste. Don't be fooled by the red oil on the top; the spiciness is moderate, and even a normal Hunanese person can handle it, hahaha! I haven't had Big Radish and Little Chili Peppers in ages. I never even thought of this place when I ordered takeout, but this new offering really brought me back.
