My family, I recently had Mengdu&#39;s 43-degree alcohol lamb hotpot, and I had to share it with you!

The broth is made from lamb, beef, and chicken broth, simmered fresh for eight hours daily. It&#39;s a creamy white, fragrant the moment it&#39;s served, and it&#39;s incredibly fresh. Best of all, the broth is additive-free, so it&#39;s a breeze to the throat.

Their Mengdu-style fresh-cut lamb hind leg is truly exceptional. Hand-cut by the chef, they use 8-month-old lamb hind legs, with the perfect fat-to-lean ratio. It&#39;s ready in just 15 seconds, and the meat is so tender you can barely hold it with chopsticks. And the handmade shrimp paste&mdash;you can literally bite into a whole shrimp in every bite, paired with their secret sesame sauce&mdash;is simply divine!

The condiment counter is also well-stocked, catering to every taste. The restaurant is bright and spacious, with a stylish decor and comfortable seating. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel incredibly caring from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend giving it a try!

For the first breakfast in Chifeng, I chose Guangli Duijia, which is very close to the hotel and a five-minute walk from the hotel.
