The owner, who looks to be in his thirties, has a fantastic memory. He can handle multiple orders at once without any confusion.

They specialize in Hu La Ke small noodles, but they also offer chicken offal, beef offal, and pea offal.

We always order the small noodles, and occasionally, they&#39;ll add the wide noodles, which are incredibly wide and flavorful.

The Hu La Ke noodles aren&#39;t burnt or bitter, but rather fragrant and incredibly appetizing. I can&#39;t stop by every day.
