The food here is really delicious. It's worth the effort to drive up. The whole Nanshan Mountain is full of hot pot, which gives you the feeling of a hot pot village. The decoration is very unique, with garden landscape and a large area. The night scenery is excellent. The base of the hot pot is really fragrant. The fragrance of the old oil is weak. The ingredients are fresh. After eating everything, I will come back when I have time. A good place to entertain friends. I personally feel that it is more worthwhile than Hongyadong.

Xian Longjing was the first hot pot I had when I went to Chongqing. Actually, I am an authentic Cantonese. Although I am not particularly afraid of spicy food, I am still afraid of it when I eat it. It is the spicy and hot kind. I have to say that Chongqing's hot pot is really delicious. Because the hot pot base is well prepared, the taste is in it after the hot pot is dipped. It is very tasty, so I like it very much. The most distinctive feature of Xian Longjing is not how delicious its hot pot is, but because its environment is really great, because this hot pot restaurant is built on the edge of a lake, and the entire hot pot restaurant is surrounded by the lake, so many of them are outdoor tables, and seats are reserved in advance. However, because the lotus flowers only bloom in summer, it will be very hot, but I can't stand the heat, so I can only bring a small fan by myself, so that I can cool myself down and it will be more comfortable to eat! Another bad thing about the outdoor area is that there are mosquitoes. If you really can't stand the outdoor environment, it is recommended to eat indoors. There is air conditioning indoors, so if you come purely to experience this environment, it is recommended to eat hot pot outdoors!

The hot pot base we ordered was slightly spicy, and we only found out that it was called "gentle pot" when we paid the bill. The raw goose intestines were very fresh, and according to the principle of scalding, the crispness and doneness were just right. The Longjing freshly fried crispy meat was fat and lean, melted in the mouth, fragrant and crispy, and delicious. The freshly cut beef should not be cooked for too long, and it will melt in the mouth immediately. The slaughterhouse tripe has no peculiar smell, large pieces, fresh and crispy. The Longjing spring water tofu pudding is soft and tasty, and it will not be rotten after long cooking. The well water bean sprouts are particularly original, with a unique taste, completely different from those bought in the supermarket. I ate two in one breath and highly recommend it. The hot pot store is super large and the environment is beautiful. It is a veritable Internet celebrity hot pot park. The waiter's attitude is very good. We arrived at more than three o'clock in the afternoon, which was their break time, but the service staff on duty still received us very warmly and served the dishes very quickly. The waiters are well-trained, proactive, diligent and professional.

A local friend brought us here to eat. When we left, the lanterns were all lit up, and we found it even more beautiful~~ The open-air lotus pond hot pot, as if the entire back garden was a hot pot, covers a very large area, and seems to have 2 phases~~ The most recommended is the croaker~ After this kind of fish is cooked in the hot pot, the fish meat will not fall apart, and it is still very tender. I couldn't help but eat 2 per person~~ The quality of beef and mutton is average, and there is a suspicion of splicing, but the tripe and duck intestines are still very good~~ The shrimp paste and crispy meat are also good, and the amount of fruit after the meal is not small~~ Eating hot pot in the open air is impressive~~

I've been to Chongqing so many times I've lost count. This was definitely my first time eating hotpot in Nanshan. My friend told me there's no shortage of hotpot options in Nanshan; as long as it's open there, it's guaranteed to be delicious. Entering this restaurant, I finally understood why it's called "Hotpot Park." It's huge, the environment is beautiful, and it truly feels like a park. I estimated it could hold over 1,000 to 2,000 tables simultaneously, and there's always a line. The food is delicious, and the night view is truly stunning.
