Yuzong Lao Zao Hot Pot, I don&#39;t know if it is the same one I had a long time ago, I ate there when I passed by, the tripe is of good quality and tastes good for 88 yuan, not amazing, but good enough.
I think the hot pot of Zhe Er Gen, which is hated by outsiders, is really delicious. The &quot;pink&quot; and tender taste in the mouth is just like my preference for tripe. Only people from Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan understand its beauty.
