A special shout-out to the lamb! It's a free-range lamb from the snowy mountains of Inner Mongolia, selected and roasted fresh on-site – the meat is truly exceptional! Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, sprinkled with their secret spicy seasoning, it's incredibly fragrant, and tearing it apart is so satisfying! Paired with a charcoal-fired copper pot lamb soup, it's incredibly delicious, a perfect way to warm up and feel blissful in autumn and winter! You absolutely must order the pita bread! Ranjiaba's! Ranjiaba's! I ate there three times in seven days... I can't count how many times I've eaten at this Jianghu restaurant. It's been open for over a decade and it's truly delicious! It's packed at mealtime. The only downside is that it uses too much rice! The Bishan Laifeng Fish is a must-order! It's a huge plate, spicy and numb, and incredibly fragrant! The fish is tender and flavorful, and the flavor is incredible! 👍🏻 The roasted lamb legs and lamb chops are truly crunchy and fragrant! There's not a hint of lamb smell at all, and the meat is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It's such a delight to eat! The other Jianghu dishes are also delicious. I love the crispy double-pepper eel slices and the flaming beef that gets more and more fragrant the more you eat it! The portions are generous, and the food is delicious and affordable! The double-pepper eel slices are freshly sliced and crispy, with a nice peppery and spicy flavor. The laifeng fish is tender and spicy! There's also a large plate of crayfish, which are quite large! The meat is chewy and tender, and the noodles underneath are so flavorful! The other Jianghu dishes are also delicious. It has a very homely feel, the flavor and portion sizes are perfect, and the food has that wok-style aroma that goes well with both rice and wine~ - 👉It's right near the Dalongshan Light Rail Station! They specialize in Sichuan cuisine, and the atmosphere is a bit larger than your average food stall. They're open late, so it's a great late-night snack too! - 🥢Don't miss their crayfish! The shrimp are large and chewy, and the noodles are incredibly flavorful! The double-pepper eel slices are cooked perfectly, and they're so tender and fresh! They also have pickled pepper fish balls, egg yolk corn, and chopped pepper water spinach...all perfect with rice! It's a delight to have a few drinks with friends.
