Da Yinyin is located in the most lively place in Chongqing, the 12th floor of Chongqing Department Store at Jiefangbei. Surrounded by tall buildings, you can enjoy a unique view from a high vantage point. The quality of beef in this western restaurant is still very good. Although the consumption is higher, it is worth it. Steak with red wine, delicious food with beautiful scenery, beautiful. Imported steaks are used, seafood is also very fresh, and the service is meticulous and worthy of praise.

Menu is extensive and the food was served quickly with plenty of staff as only two tables were sat. i ordered the steak and it took me 20 minutes to get them to agree to cook it to my liking as they insisted on serving it bloody and rare - given the price I insisted on cooking it how I wanted it. Served with decorative vegetables that were cold. Chips were good but onion rings were awful - more like constitutes chicken bites 🤢 We ordered a desert each- my friend’s cheesecake was more like stale sponge cake and my berry cheesecake was frozen (the core should be runny coulis but was frozen solid). My friend was ordering Jim Beam but when asked for another was given different brand and we repeatedly had to repeat orders and walk to the bar to show what we wanted.Not worth the hype in my opinionin my opinion did not live up to the reviews. pricey
