I heard that Paulaner on the underground floor is the "white moonlight" in the hearts of Dalian people. I decisively invited two local friends from Dalian to have a small gathering here to experience the life in Dalian Walking into the restaurant, the lazy lighting and classical wooden decoration instantly made me feel relaxed. A refreshing beer makes me feel like I'm in Germany I especially like the performance of foreign bands at 8 o'clock in the evening. The relaxing music, beer and food instantly fill the atmosphere. We arrived at dinner time, just in time for the first day of the "Wild Punk Motorcycle Party". We put on punk makeup for free, and it was beautiful! We ordered a lot of delicious food, and the sausages and beer were really great! The environment was great, and the band was great! It was a very exciting night!

Staying at Kempinski, I asked the waiter about visiting this brewery. We went there in the evening. It's on the first floor. There were performances inside the brewery and there were many customers, including many foreigners. It was a bit noisy, but the beer there seemed good. I ordered the homemade beer, which tasted very good. It was especially delicious in that atmosphere. The price was not cheap, so it was not bad to visit there as it was a rare opportunity.

The beer is all home-brewed and tastes great. There are many types of beer, dark beer is thick, yellow beer is soft, and the malt aroma is very strong. In addition, the German sausages are also delicious, very fragrant, very tender, and full of flavor. The roasted pork elbow is very satisfying to eat, the meat is thick and fragrant. The pickled cucumbers are very sour and appetizing, and are particularly popular.

The taste is good, no different from Beijing, and the service is in place. We went early, and there was no band yet, so it was relatively quiet. I sat on a high chair at the counter, ordered a beer, watched the waiter skillfully serve the beer, and quietly spent the time after dinner.
