How can I make you meet me at my most beautiful moment? Every year in early April, the lonely tree on the seaside of Dalian Wanjing Street is the most beautiful moment. The tree is full of flowers like snow, and suddenly the spring breeze comes overnight, and thousands of pear trees are in bloom. There is only this flower tree on the nearby seaside, standing alone here, silently watching the vicissitudes of life, the rising and setting of the sun and the moon, and the ebb and flow of the tide. Every time I pass by here, I can't help but take a few more glances at this stubborn, silent, and lonely figure. The background of the lonely tree is the blue Dalian Bay, the city skyline with high-rise buildings, and two lighthouses with a century-old history. Opposite the scenic spot is Shanshan Outlets, where you can go shopping, eat, have a cup of coffee in the sea view cafe, listen to music, face the sea, and the spring flowers are blooming. It is only about 100 meters from the lonely tree to the Soarfish Bay Football Stadium. The stadium is open for free on non-match days. Visitors can go to the second-floor platform to overlook the city skyline and have a wide view. There is also the Shoal Bay Coastal Park, where children have fun, ride bikes, practice skateboarding, run on the wooden boardwalk by the sea, and get tanned. Dalian in September is truly a dream come true. I discovered this place while strolling around Diamond Bay with friends. Besides bread, they even offer brunch. We decided to grab a bite and refuel. 'Black Truffle Hot Spring Egg Pizza' The texture is delicate, the hot spring egg flowing like silk. The smooth egg blends beautifully with the rich aroma of black truffle. The crust is soft and springy. The aroma of dough, egg, and black truffle permeates your mouth. 'Whole Wheat Bread, Burrata, Ham, and Sun-Dried Cherry Tomato' The high-quality burrata cheese enhances the flavor. Paired with the savory ham, the flavor is rich and complex. 'Angus Spaghetti Bolognese' The pasta is saturated in a rich meat sauce, rich yet not greasy. When I gently pick up the pasta with my chopsticks and place it in my mouth, the aroma of the sauce blends perfectly with the soft noodles, creating a wonderfully filling experience. The ocean view from the window is so chill! Eating a beautiful brunch also puts you in a good mood. The whole-wheat bread, burrata ham, and sun-dried cherry tomatoes are generously topped with burrata cheese and savory ham, creating a rich, intense flavor. The Parma ham and burrata pizza are incredibly flavorful, and the cheese and crust complement each other perfectly, leaving a lasting impression. The spaghetti bolognese paired with garlic bread was incredibly flavorful. The steak was perfectly rare, tender and flavorful, and the sauce was the perfect finishing touch—it was truly fragrant. The raspberry shortcake I picked from the bakery section was incredibly soft and delicious, paired with a refreshingly cool latte. What a treat! 〰️ The Korean-style restaurant captivated me as soon as I walked in. It was so chill. The bakery is famous, and many dishes are served with freshly baked bread. Whole-wheat bread with burrata ham and sun-dried cherry tomatoes. The toppings were generous, and the bite was crispy and delicious. The pistachio ham pizza is exactly as it appears on the menu. The refreshing taste makes every bite feel like a healthy treat! The Parma ham and burrata cheese pizza is visibly covered in ham, and the cheese is rich!
