Spending the winter in Baimajing Town, Danzhou, Hainan Province, on the south-central west coast, I was fortunate to gather with friends at Fisherman's Wharf. Reflecting on a decade of retirement.

The ambiance is absolutely amazing! It felt so comfortable the moment I stepped inside; the lighting was warm, and the music was perfectly chosen – it made me feel completely relaxed, haha. My friend and I sat there for ages, not wanting to leave. It's the perfect place for chatting!

This restaurant cooks the whole fish in its boiled fish soup, with the bones still intact, and the portion is quite generous. The price is also reasonable; the meal for two didn't cost much.
