For the sixth year, I spent the winter in Baimajing, Danzhou City, Hainan Province, on the south-central coast. Friends and relatives gathered again at the Sichuan Kitchen Baiwei Restaurant, where Sichuan specialties and Hainan local specialties were available. The taste was good. The boss is from Chengdu and the chef is from Yibin. [Taste] Mainly deals in Sichuan cuisine, but also Cantonese cuisine, seafood, and hot pot.
