This Wumi Congee Beef Hotpot is a Shunde specialty.

The bustling restaurant immediately whetted my appetite. The beef and fish fillets are must-order dishes. The congee hotpot base is light and sticky, and while the beef was a bit tough to chew, it was still delicious. The Chencun Rice Noodles is my favorite food in Shunde; the soft texture and the broth are incredibly flavorful. After finishing the meat, I added a dash of the restaurant&#39;s light soy sauce to the congee and drank two bowls. This meal was truly nourishing and stomach-boosting. The only downside is that the restaurant only uses light soy sauce. It would have been even better with seafood sauce and chili peppers.

这个毋米粥牛肉火锅也是顺德特色了。走进餐厅人声鼎沸，顿时让人觉得食欲大开，&lt;牛肉&gt;和&lt;鱼片&gt;是必点菜品，粥的火锅底是很清淡的粘点调料，除了牛肉有些根本嚼不动之外，味道还是很鲜美的。&lt;陈村粉&gt;是我在顺德最喜欢的食物啦，软软的配点汤汁非常可口。涮完肉品的粥加一丢丢店家的生抽喝了两碗，这一餐吃完可以说是很是养生养胃啦～唯一不足的是餐厅配的调料是生抽，生抽啊！如果有海鲜酱油和小米椒我觉得会更好～
