Stepping inside, I was enveloped in a tranquil atmosphere. Warm lighting bathed the wooden tables, instantly putting me at ease. My friend and I ordered their signature grilled short ribs; the meat was incredibly tender, and the juices melted in my mouth with every bite—it was so satisfying. The window seat offered a view of the old locust tree on the street corner, and we chatted leisurely until our plates were empty.
The broth was indeed excellent, with a perfect buttery flavor. I recommend the brisket; cooking it for 8 seconds is just right—it's incredibly tender. The crispy pork was fried perfectly; my kid could eat it straight away without any chewing. I haven't tried the other dishes yet, but I'd definitely come back for these.
When I visited this restaurant before, the staff helped me cook the meat the whole time, and they controlled the heat very well. I suggest you have them do it too, as it's easy to overcook the meat if you cook it yourself.
