I've been to this restaurant before, and this time I specifically wanted to talk about their service. The waiters are incredibly efficient; they immediately come to refill your water when it's almost empty and are quick to change your plates. Unlike some restaurants where you can call out for ages and no one responds.

The dipping sauce was well-prepared. I usually order the clear broth, but this time I tried the mildly spicy broth, and it was flavorful enough. I suggest you don't rush to order the extra spicy; start with the mild one.

Locals don't go to this place much, but out-of-town friends always ask to try it. It's really just cheap; you can get a full meal for around 50 or 60 yuan per person. The taste, well, it's just so-so.
