🐮The characteristics of Inner Mongolian cuisine are mainly reflected in the flavor of the Mongolian people. Andamon Restaurant is the only restaurant near the Khan's palace, where you can eat authentic Mongolian food and ordinary home-cooked dishes. The steamed dumplings in the picture are called buns in Mongolia, and the stuffing is mutton, which is very delicious! 🍸There are several good wines on the grassland. The strongest is said to be this bottle of grassland fierce horse stuffed donkey, 60 degrees, and this milk wine king, which is not white when poured out. There is also a kind of Fengning's own wine, called Jiulongzui, which is called Fengning Wuliangye by the locals. I tried it when I went there last year.
