This cafeteria-like snack bar is a popular brand under the long-established Juchunyuan. They offer a wide variety of snacks, including fish dumplings, shrimp rings, and fish balls. They even offer small portions of lychee meat as a "big dish." However, ordering the big dishes here is not recommended; the value for money is average, and the taste is generally mediocre. However, they're a good choice for those who want to try a variety of snacks without having to search for a restaurant. Dadao Beef Balls A Fuzhou specialty not to be missed! Dadao, located in Taijiang, is home to many Fuzhou specialties. Among them, beef slips are not only famous but have even become a chain store. Much like the internationally renowned Shaxian snacks, Dadao's beef slips, though small, offer a wide variety of ways to enjoy them. Pure beef slips are just the most insignificant dish; beef slips paired with various rice and noodles seem even more rewarding. Restaurants - Less than 50 RMB per person Lao Fuzhou Affordable Fuzhou Cuisine Friends in Fuzhou recommended Lao Fuzhou and Yitonglou to me. I was feeling a bit disappointed about not having tried the southern fried liver, so I opted for the cheaper option. While the taste was slightly inferior to Xuanhe Yiwei, Lao Fuzhou offers excellent value. They offer daily specials on signature dishes and a variety of filling dim sum and main dishes. The taro paste is small but sweet and smooth. The food is exquisite, and the retro and elegant ambiance makes it a perfect place for entertaining family and friends.
