In Fuzhou, I had breakfast today at the Jiuhao Canteen Daming branch. I hadn't originally chosen it, but the front desk at Home Inn mentioned it last night, and the taxi driver mentioned it, too. I noticed this place across from Home Inn was quite busy, so I decided to check it out. It seemed clean and affordable, and the porridge was free. It was delicious and filling, even better than last night's. They had century egg and lean pork porridge, shumai, taro cakes, fried dough sticks, and dried tofu—a wide variety that perfectly suited northern tastes. It seemed like there were a lot of locals there, too. Afterward, we headed to the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys. #FuzhouTravelWithKids #TravelGuide #FujianTravelGuide #Fujian #Travel #FujianTravel #FujianStudyAway #FuzhouFood #Three Lanes and Seven Alleys This travel guide series, created with a scientific approach, details Fujian, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Wuyishan, Gulangyu Island, Zhangzhou, Tulou, and Jimei School Village.
