It feels like the Northeastern pork slices, also sweet and sour, with fried potatoes in it. Scallion oil flower intestines. The texture is very tender, just oil and soy sauce, and the taste is very good. Oyster egg. The difference from oyster fried egg is that this one does not have starch. Traditional fried fermented eel. Eel made from fermented lees. Braised taro with fermented vegetables. Snow vegetables and taro, salty and very fragrant. Hot and sour pork skin soup. Very delicious and appetizing. Fried rice noodles. Very fragrant.

After a long stroll, don't forget the Hujiu (Taiwanese term for Hujiu). The beauty of Fuzhou needs to be discovered slowly. For those who love a leisurely trip, this is a must-see! Day 1️⃣ Sleep in until you wake up naturally. Then take the subway to Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys). After a three-hour stroll, stop by to eat and drink. Then, head to Yantai Mountain to enjoy the night view and check out the must-try restaurants. This is a delightful end to the day. Day 2️⃣ Sleep in again until you wake up naturally. Arrive at Fudao. It's so vast that it takes a whole day to explore it all. Go to Exit 3, check in, take a stroll, and take the bus to the Provincial Museum to explore Fujian culture. By the end of the trip, you've basically seen all the must-see attractions in Fuzhou. 🍖 Food 📍Ah Xin Fresh Salad is truly delicious! I didn't regret waiting in line for an hour. 📍Old Fuzhou is very authentic, but since I have a Hunanese palate, I had to ask the waiter for chili sauce. 📍The Mei Ya Bo peanut soup was okay, but it might have been cold because I packed it up and ate it on the high-speed train. 🍗Cui Jiang Fried Chicken is amazing! The best fried chicken I've ever had. 🥤Tang Mo Cha Xi is different from Cha Yan. Kai Xin is delicious and I love it. 📍The meat dumpling has a different texture than the wonton stew. I have to try it when I come here. 📍The fish balls were so bland that I only had one bite and then gave it up, but I bought them vacuum-packed. ✅Hunan cooking opens up new worlds. The flat meat is similar to the meat dumpling. Two equals one. Maybe my taste wasn't authentic, but it wasn't very good. The fruit salad was delicious. Remember to order in advance or you'll have to wait. 😋 #FuzhouTravel #FuzhouFood #Let'sGoFuzhouStation #Fuzhou #FuzhouCheck-In
#High-Quality Outing Inspiration #Full-Time Snow Fun #Underrated Outing Spot #My Most Unforgettable Past Place #A Peach Blossom Spring-Like Countryside 👍Most Recommended: Drunken Spare Ribs are my favorite. They have a sweet and sour taste and are crispy. However, because they're deep-fried, eating too much can be a bit greasy. Fish Balls: Order three. They have a filling inside and come with the soup. Very satisfying. 👎Least Recommended: Pickled Eel. For me, the taste is a bit strange, and the eel has a lot of small bones, making it difficult to prepare.
