I think this restaurant is one of the better Cantonese restaurants in Fujian. The seafood porridge here is delicious and tastes very good. It is even more delicious with coriander. The fried clams with black pepper are delicious, fresh and delicious, and cost-effective.

This is an old restaurant that has been open for almost 20 years, serving modified Fuzhou-style Cantonese cuisine.

This little place was recommended to me by a Cantonese friend. The food is truly authentic, without any frills, and it's super delicious. Dipping it in plum sauce was a great way to relieve the greasiness! 2⃣️Stir-fried Beef Pho💰25 The beef was tender and not too dry, and the pho was smooth and succulent. The sauce was rich and had a nice, wok-like aroma. Overall, it's a bit on the heavier side, a bit oily after the meal, but it's a great match for rice! 3⃣️Hot and Sour Squid Soup💰30 It wasn't a heavy, sour or spicy one, but rather refreshing and flavorful. The broth was filled with crispy squid slices, and it was warm and comfortable. I'd definitely come back for this dish for myself! 4⃣️ Fermented Bean Curd Water Spinach 💰22 The seasoning was quite fragrant, but I didn't really notice the fermented bean curd flavor. It was just an average vegetable dish. 💬Overall Experience: The restaurant is small and the decor is simple, but it's clean and tidy, and the waiters are quite friendly. It's not particularly fancy or creative, but it's delicious and reasonably priced. The meal for the two of us came to just over a hundred yuan. The food in these little shops is not only authentic but also affordable, making it incredibly tempting to keep eating. That feeling of satisfaction is truly unmatched by big-box restaurants. The duck offal is perfectly braised, so you don't need to drench it in sauce. The sesame oil bullfrog is incredibly fragrant, the fermented bean curd and water spinach are a signature dish, and the beef soup is refreshing! The stir-fried beef noodles are highly recommended.
