My companion gave in and asked for a bowl of plain water to rinse it in, and I enjoyed the soup with rice. Linchuan shredded lotus root is 28. I absolutely love it. It's shredded, with a hint of lotus root crispness and a smooth texture. It's also fragrant when stir-fried with lard. Clear-boiled bull whip soup: This originally costs 248, but I asked the owner to make a smaller portion for 148, fearing I wouldn't be able to finish it. It comes with red dates, wolfberries, and codonopsis. The soup is delicious, and the ingredients are tasty too. It comes with six eggs, perfect for two people.
