Hidden away on Xianta Street in Fuzhou is a 28-year-old restaurant, a secret known only to locals. 🎉 Despite its shabby, small interior and crowded aisles, the restaurant is always packed with diners. 👥👥 I personally tried it and found their signature dish, "One Bucket of Heaven," to be truly worthy of its reputation. 🍖 The skin is crispy, the pig's trotters are soft and glutinous, and each piece is generously sized. Dusted with a layer of salt and pepper, it's incredibly satisfying to chew with your hands! 😋 Their "Crispy Spring Chicken" isn't exactly tender, but the skin is slightly crispy, and the subtle salty and savory flavor of the pepper and salt makes it crispy and delicious, leaving you with a lasting impression. 🍗 If you enjoy sweet and sour flavors, you must try their "Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork." 🍍 This is a favorite among Fuzhou locals, with a sweet and sour flavor that's appetizing and perfect with rice. The broth at the bottom is especially delicious when mixed with rice, though it can be a bit cloying if you eat too much. 🍚 Overall, this restaurant offers a reasonable value for money.
