真诚7577To be honest, I came here with great expectations to taste this well-received pot-side paste restaurant, but it was not as delicious as expected. The oysters and clams were not very fresh, the portion was OK, and the price was not expensive, only 10 yuan.

🎁It was lunchtime, so what to eat? I walked up and down Qingcheng Road, trying laohua, fish balls, and beef noodles. Finally, I settled on the ubiquitous and distinctive guobian (Goubian) in Fuzhou. 🎉 I ordered a basic guobian (6 yuan) with oysters, dried shrimp, and scallops—presumably the standard accompaniment. I also ordered a fried taro cake and a shrimp ring. 🪅 The large bowl of guobian (Goubian) initially seemed too soupy, but the flavors grew richer and richer, and the textures just got better and better. A complete dinner for 9 yuan was a complete blessing. 🎄 After finishing, I discovered this restaurant was a winner of the 5th Fuzhou Food Festival. It was quite delicious. 👍 #Unforgettable2021 #ChristmasAtmosphereAroundMe #Year-EndHolidayPlan #NewWaysToEnjoyTheCity #WinterNourishTime
🏮Shop Name: Lianjiang Specialty Seafood Hot Pot (Qingcheng Road Branch) 📍Address: No. 17, Qingcheng Road, Gudong Subdistrict, Gulou District, Fuzhou, Fujian Province 🚌Transportation: 800 meters from Dongjiekou Station, Metro Line 1 🖼Atmosphere: A small roadside shop with fried food outside, a down-to-earth breakfast spot 🍖Dishes: I ordered the "Hot Pot" for 10 yuan. It had a lot of seafood, a variety of seafood. The hot pot is made by pouring rice slurry over the pot and then scooping it into the soup. It was really fresh, but I wasn't a fan of the texture; it was a bit loose. The "Triangle Cake" was very solid, one was definitely filling, and the flavor was very fresh. The "Oyster Pancake" was really filling, and you could see the oyster meat! I'm not a big oyster fan, so I prefer this kind. I wouldn't like it if it was full of oysters. #FoodExploration #Let'sGoExplore #TryAnAuthenticOldBest
