The main hall is spacious and clean, and the private rooms are even more upscale and classy. The ancient, century-old golden osmanthus tree in the courtyard is truly breathtaking! 🍰Dangui Red Bean Cake is a must-try Fujian-style pastry. Sweet and savory, each bite is filled with the rich fragrance of osmanthus, making it feel like you're transported to a golden autumn osmanthus forest. 🥩Spring Water Inner Mongolian Beef Xiaojian is a dish that's been praised endlessly. The beef broth, simmered in spring water, is tender and authentic, making it a must-try. 🐟Crispy Fried Fermented Eel, a traditional Fuzhou delicacy, is perfectly presented here. What is New Fujian Cuisine? It's a blend of tradition and innovation. In this courtyard with an osmanthus tree, we experienced it all. At Osmanthus Garden, aloe vera and apricot kernels make a sweet soup, crab and Songxi yellow rice cakes are cooked the way they're meant to be, and tofu from Heping Ancient Town is served with Yong'an yellow pepper sauce... Good restaurants and good chefs don't need to be judged; diners know, and the scores are in our hearts and on our taste buds! The spring pancakes wrapped in pork belly, the cheese vegetarian buns, and the golden broth fish head are truly outstanding! The Chaoshan braised dishes, yam and ginseng stew, salt-baked prawns, black truffle abalone, and stir-fried winter bamboo shoots...all perfect! As we raised our glasses, we expressed three wishes: for 2025 to be better and better, for everything to go well, and for more money to be made. Guihua Xiangyuan, a modern Fujian restaurant located on the banks of the Antai River in Sanfang Qixiang, offers a unique experience. The wooden staircase leads you up to the second floor, creating a tranquil and elegant outdoor courtyard. The second floor is primarily occupied by large private dining rooms, perfect for business banquets and family gatherings. The main dining area evokes a retro Shanghai atmosphere, yet retains a sense of grandeur. The scallops stewed in kudzu rice gravy were refreshingly sweet and highly praised by my friends. The generous patties paired with the scallops were a delightful addition to the authentic broth. The beef brisket with cinnamon-red potatoes was soft and chewy, while the lean, lean beef had a wonderful texture, making it a perfect complement to rice. The shrimp, mushroom, and mustard greens casserole, topped with a generous layer of shelled shrimp mushrooms, paired with dried scallops and mustard greens, was delicious. The pine nut corn, made with glutinous corn, was a delightful addition. The pandan water chestnut dessert was refreshing and sweet. I loved the pandan jelly, which contained fresh water chestnuts, making it a very refreshing dish. No matter the environment, service or dishes, I am very satisfied with the new Fujian cuisine restaurant.
