Hello, I'm Taozi, and today I'm sharing my foodie adventures again! Liaojia Bistro, located on Jingda Road in Fuzhou, is hailed by netizens as one of the best boiled duck gizzards in the city. Seeing the rave reviews, I decided to give it a try. The gizzards are indeed thinly sliced, fragrant, tender, and flavorful. The side dishes are also delicious, though the portions are a bit smaller than at other similar restaurants. After dinner, we headed to the B1 floor of Wangfujing for some free Dairy Queen ice cream. I recommend the double chocolate crispy cone; the crispy texture is truly amazing, though it might be made with cocoa butter substitutes. It's worth an occasional indulgence. Spicy and sweet, a wonderful summer treat.
