Fuzhou, the capital of food, is a paradise for foodies! 🤩Walking in the streets and alleys, there are so many delicious foods that it's hard to take it all in. 🗺️According to my experience of exploring stores, Fuzhou's food is mainly distributed in three scenic spots, but some stores are unique, and you'll lose a lot if you miss them! 😢 Near Sanfang Qixiang-Daming Food Street, I first checked in for Yonghe Fish Balls. 🐟I tried every flavor of the Liuliu Dashun set meal. The eel fish balls are tender and chewy, and they are simply delicious! 😋In comparison, the meat dumplings seem a bit bland. 😐 Then, don't miss Tangmo Chaxi's drinks! 🥤Newcomers who order through the mini program can get a 5 yuan discount, which is super cost-effective! 😉Shui Li Fu, Kai Xin, Qing Yan, each one has a unique taste, especially Qing Yan, the fragrance of olives and the sweet and sour taste of plums are intertwined, which makes people have endless aftertaste! 😍 Licorice guava's fruit salad is also a must! 🥭Store No. 18, Daming Road, small portion 15 yuan for three kinds of fruits, large portion 20 yuan for four kinds of fruits, sweet and sour, a must-have for summer heat relief! 🥤 The cakes of Mrs. Cake are also a must-try! 🍪Original flavor, lava durian flavor, salted egg yolk and pork floss flavor, each one is irresistible! 😋Remember to eat it while it's hot! Go to Fuzhou before going to Xiamen! I actually made a lot of plans, but I was just too lazy! I ate and drank my fill (plus I was a bit sick in the middle of it, which was quite uncomfortable). Basically, I didn't go to many of the places I had planned. On my first night, I had Lin Ji Sha Cha Noodles (mainly because they had a lot of toppings), then authentic Jian'ou flat meat from northern Fujian (I didn't think it was as good as the one I had in Quanzhou). I stopped by Daming Food Street and bought some licorice guava (note⚠️ only the one in the night market food street is the official one). I ordered Tang Mo Cha Xi's Happy (it was absolutely delicious!). The next day, I took a walk around Yantai Mountain City Walk and tried Li Shan Shan Tea, which was quite good. The commercial promenade is large and photogenic. There are all kinds of unique shops, so it's nice to stroll around and browse. On the third day, I went from Zuohai Park to West Lake Park, experiencing the 20-minute effect. I also stopped by Houjie Lao Hua (everyone has different tastes, and I found it just average; I wasn't used to it). Then I wandered around Sanfang Qixiang, ordered a cup of Tang Mo Fu Xiang, and checked in at the Giving Tree, which has many delicious restaurants from time-honored brands. It's a shame I didn't go. My biggest takeaway was probably the feeling of being right outside the park, and the fact that Tangmo Tea was truly delicious. Later in Xiamen, I went to SM Plaza and drank one every day. I'm never afraid to go out alone, and I'm incredibly brave.
