The Minnan Flower Sausage Stuffed with Egg, a rare handmade dish in Fuzhou, is a true masterpiece! The casing is crispy and springy, and the crunch is unmistakable as the egg inside bursts with flavor. It's divine! The crispy, shacha-infused beef ribs are also excellent.
