鹿椰青旅行A Fuzhou treasure! Missing out on this rice noodle shop is a real shame.
While strolling the streets of Fuzhou with my bestie this weekend, we passed by a shop and were instantly captivated by its unique Dai-style decor. The eye-catching sign revealed a shop specializing in Yunnan cross-bridge rice noodles: Xianzuo Yunnan Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles Dai Flavor Braised Grilled (Rongqiao Center Branch). As a seasoned rice noodle connoisseur, who could resist such temptation? Without hesitation, we headed straight in!
Upon entering, a rich Dai atmosphere washes over you. The colorful decor, distinctive totem murals, and ethnic-inspired lamps make you feel transported to the far south of Yunnan. The spacious and bright interior, with neatly arranged tables and chairs, is clean, comfortable, and truly delightful.
And their rice noodles are truly exceptional! The large bowls of noodles arrive, oven-baked at over 300 degrees Celsius, still emitting a gentle steam. The waiter explained that the rice noodles are made with a broth that's simmered fresh for six hours daily, meticulously simmered from four whole chickens. It's nutritious, rich, and flavorful, and every bite is a true feast of sincerity.
Upon arrival, the ingredients are fresh and neatly arranged. To eat, simply toss them into the boiling broth, and they're instantly cooked. The diverse side dishes complement the smooth, chewy rice noodles perfectly, making every bite a truly satisfying experience.
On a cold winter's day, a steaming bowl of Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles warms your tongue and stomach, leaving you feeling completely refreshed. Besides the rice noodles, their Dai-style grilled fish is highly recommended. The fish is grilled to perfection, with a golden, crispy exterior and tender, juicy meat. Paired with the rice noodles, the two flavors blend seamlessly, creating a truly delicious feast for your taste buds.
If you're a food lover, especially one with a passion for Yunnan cuisine, this restaurant is a must-try. I sincerely recommend everyone in Fuzhou to check out this "xianzuo" restaurant and experience a culinary journey to Yunnan!

The overall design is simple and elegant, and all rooms face the sea. Opening the window reveals a breathtaking view of the azure ocean. It's truly stunning. I diligently went fishing at the beach, spotted lively hermit crabs, and beautiful anemones. I was lucky enough to find a stranded sea anemone! The Huangqi sea is arguably the cleanest in Lianjiang. From a distance, the sunset, sunrise, beach, and salty sea breeze—everything is breathtakingly beautiful. Hotel: 26° North Latitude Address: No. 18-2, Xiatang Road, Xiu'ao Village, Lianjiang County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province #WindowView #These Hotels Have Amazing Views #This Hotel Has an Amazing Infinity Pool #Stay in a Local, Beautiful B&B #One-Stop Resort Hotel
26 Degrees North is the name of the B&B, and it's open. It has a cafe and a good place to stay. I didn't stay there, but I took a photo. It's quite affordable. I particularly like the worn-down benches here, which look like old movie theater chairs. I was immediately drawn to them. I wouldn't recommend going to the beach; I find it a bit dirty, and the seaside smell is a bit strong. Getting there: By car: Locate 26 Degrees North Latitude in Lianjiang. By bus: Take the shuttle bus from Lianjiang Bus Station to Taimeng.
