Summer isn't even here yet, but my friend brought me here to eat crayfish. It's my first crayfish meal of the year! 🦞 Who would you choose to eat crayfish with? ~ Of course, someone who can peel the shrimp for you!!! It's so nice not to have to do anything. Every shrimp at this restaurant is cleaned right at the door, and they devein it before cooking. Very fresh 👍🏻 I ordered four flavors: braised shrimp, garlic shrimp, chilled shrimp, and braised shrimp. The braised shrimp had a slight spicy kick. The cucumber 🥒 was also flavorful. The sauce-mixed noodles 🍜 were absolutely amazing!!! The garlic shrimp flavor is always my favorite crayfish! It has a slight sweetness. Adding a bowl of instant noodles to soak up the broth is also fantastic 👍🏻 The chilled shrimp 🧊 flavor had a very chewy and firm texture. You can still enjoy the sweetness of the crayfish even without the sauce. Each shrimp head even has a shrimp roe inside. The chilled flavor really shows off the quality. I'm blown away!! Is anyone still unfamiliar with Simao Lobster? A long-standing crayfish shop in Fuzhou that's been open for over a decade! Each crayfish is cleanly prepared, headless and deveined. I absolutely love both the braised and marinated shrimp! The braised shrimp was slightly spicy and incredibly fragrant and flavorful. I even devoured the cucumber accompaniment! A few of the crayfish were a little loose, but thankfully, that didn't affect them. The marinated shrimp was a pleasant surprise; they were so flavorful I couldn't stop eating them. It's addictive! The chilled crayfish were fresh, large, and had a yellowish roe. They were delicious dipped in the sauce. The shrimp were firm and chewy, I loved them! Unlock a secret recipe: 1⃣️Add the shredded crayfish to a bowl of white rice, topped with the rich sauce, and it's absolutely delicious! 2⃣️Add a bowl of instant noodles to it, and I love it too!
