A very delicious local restaurant, Guangze Spicy Restaurant in Jinshan, I was very satisfied the first time I came. It is very authentic local food, the bullfrog belly is very special, the poached egg is very tasty, the beef fried rice is super good, and the clay pot is also very good. The average cost per person is 50-60 yuan, which is worth recommending.
The restaurant in Fuzhou that I am most satisfied with and that suits my Sichuan taste is called Guangze Spicy Restaurant. Guangze is a place name in Fujian, close to Jiangxi. There are two places in China that do not eat spicy food, but miraculously have very spicy local cuisine, one in Ningbo and one in Fuzhou. Except for not adding peppercorns, the flavor of this restaurant is as good as any Sichuan restaurant in Chengdu. It feels perfect, even a bowl of egg fried rice. Sichuan chef friends must come to Fuzhou to investigate. The spicy braised turtle has a thick soup, and the skirt is full of flavor. There is also a dish fried with peppers, various diced vegetables and kimchi, which can be said to be "cleared of rice".
