This Spanish restaurant in Rongqiao Center has a very good environment. We sat on the second floor and it was very comfortable. The paella was super delicious, and the other dishes were also very delicate. The cocktails were beautiful, and it was suitable for a small gathering with girlfriends.

Window seats are available in advance, as they seat 7-10 people and tables for groups of 10 or more are available. The waiters were very friendly. You can order by scanning a QR code or have the staff place your order, though the QR code ordering process is a bit tedious. Parking coupons are only issued after a certain amount of spending. It's a relatively authentic Spanish restaurant, and I heard the chef is Spanish. The Spanish paella is a signature dish, with generous portions of seafood, though the rice is a bit undercooked. I've heard it's cooked the right way, and it tastes better than what I've had in Spain. The fruit and vegetable salad, with vegetables, fruits, and nuts, is dressed with Spanish olive oil and vinaigrette, making it healthy and light. The fried milk balls have a strong peppery flavor and a multi-layered texture, but they're quite good. The Angus beef tenderloin is served with the signature barbecue sauce, and I ordered it medium-rare. The beef is very tender and juicy.
