On the back half of Daming Food Street, next door is the Taiwanese Bad Boy Snack Shop, which has been really popular lately. My friend who was shopping with me loves snail noodles, so before we went, she treated me to snail noodles, and afterward, I treated her to Mint Forest (which I wrote about a couple of days ago)!
The decor is quite ordinary, and we went there a little after 1:00 AM, just after peak season. Order directly at the stall, and the owner makes it fresh! Choose mild spice—that's all the Fuzhou people can do, hahaha! The menu only had fried eggs, and my friend mentioned it and really wanted some exploding eggs. The owner immediately said, "Okay, I'll fry them!" Kudos to the service!
We each had a bowl of "Yuanqi Manman Signature Snail Noodles" and "Five-Spice Barbecued Pork Snail Noodles" with an egg. We also ordered a side of "Crispy Pot-Braised Noodles." Aside from the "pot-braised noodles," which I wouldn't recommend, everything else was excellent! The snail noodles have all the fixings, and the fried bean curd sheets are a real favorite.
The pot-roasted pork belly is actually more like air-fryer-fried pork belly. I prefer the pork belly-roasted pork belly from the snail and duck feet hot pot and the four bowls of snail noodles. Of course, the prices are listed here!
💰Around 15 yuan per person, if I remember correctly, the sign is 15 yuan. The portions are generous and the flavors are good [playful]
That's all for this sharing! [Candy][Candy]
