The signature intangible heritage ginger milk, there will be a 3-minute waiting time, and the store provides an hourglass. The milky aroma is accompanied by a slight spiciness, warm and comfortable. Hong Kong-style cart noodles with fish balls, look inconspicuous, taste slightly spicy, the noodles are smooth and chewy, surprisingly very tasty, and the fish balls are QQ and bouncy. The small shop is very popular, and you have to have fun even if you share a table.

There was also Zhaoji Chuancheng Dessert in Hangzhou a few years ago, but it was closed later. This time when I came to Fuzhou, I saw Zhaoji Chuancheng on the way from the hotel to Sanfang Qixiang. It is very suitable to have a bowl of dessert in the hot and stuffy summer, especially to taste it indoors with air conditioning. Taro balls, grass jelly, red bean mango, raw coconut mango pandan jelly, the ingredients are full and the taste is good, but the taro balls are a bit hard and the mango is a bit green.

📍Zhaoji Chuancheng (Fuzhou Main Branch) This restaurant has a great atmosphere and great food. I especially love their Phoenix Double Skin Milk 🥰. It has a rich texture and layers, and the crispy topping is the perfect finishing touch. Their turkey feet are also delicious and well-marinated.
