[Shop Menu] The appetizer is a cold frozen duck pear. The classic dish is Peking duck, with crispy skin and rolled with cucumber, garlic, and cantaloupe strips. The sweet bean sauce is the essence of Peking duck; it's truly delicious. The salt and pepper duck rack is a delicious and flavorful dish. This restaurant combines Peking duck with hot pot, offering a combination of hot pot broths. The spicy hot pot is a bit spicier, but the flavor is excellent. The hand-cut lamb brain had a good flavor without much of the muttony smell. The black-bone chicken roll was delicious, with a nice, chewy texture. The seafood lollipop was a great idea, tasting like a lollipop version of a hot pot meatball. The fried gluten was delicious after softening in the hot pot. Side dishes included white radish, enoki mushrooms, and vermicelli noodles. For dessert, there was green plum jelly, which was sweet and sour and quite delicious. The drink was sour plum soup.
[Service] The service was excellent, and the hot pot soup was promptly refilled.

Jingbuhuan's hotpot is an authentic copper pot hotpot. Even the pot has its own unique style. The decoration inside the store is full of Chinese style, with red lanterns hanging 🈵️ and long spirals inside. Various unique signs are hung, and you can borrow fans from the front desk. Be sure to take a few beautiful photos before enjoying the hot pot! About the dishes: ✨Jing Buhuan Crispy and Non-Greasy Roast Duck This is my top recommendation. The crispy duck skin is absolutely delicious. The crispy duck skin is delicious: dip the crispy skin in sugar and then wrap the duck meat around it. The texture is unbeatable, and the duck meat is tender and smooth. It's incredibly satisfying and delicious without being greasy. 👀Salt and Pepper Duck Ribs Duck ribs are included with your roast duck order. You can choose from a variety of flavors, but I prefer the salt and pepper version, which is crispy and delicious. Waterfall Beef🥩 Hahaha, this is basically a dish I always order when I go to hot pot! Place the beef on ice to keep it fresh, and you can put dry ice in the middle. Add a little water, and mist will flow down from the beef, creating a waterfall effect! 🌹Rose Hand-Made Shrimp Paste🦐 This should be This is the most romantic shrimp ball I've ever had. Each one is wrapped in a rose petal, creating a truly ceremonial experience. Couples should definitely order this dish! 🐑Hand-Cut Fresh Lamb Fresh hand-cut lamb, sizzled in the wok and then topped with peanut butter, is incredibly delicious! It's so easy to satisfy your craving. The lamb is served in a unique, antique-style pipa-shaped vessel. 🌟 They have many other delicious dishes, so I won't list them all here. You can also choose from a variety of dipping sauces for the hot pot: plain hot pot lamb, Old Beijing Erba sauce, chive flower sauce, and fermented bean curd sauce. Choose your favorite dipping sauces and add as much as you like. Afterward, enjoy a small bottle of their special milk tea to instantly relieve the greasiness of the hot pot and feel refreshed! 🏮Restaurant Name: Jing Bu Huan 📍Address: Taihe Plaza, East Second Ring Road, Fuzhou Floor 1, Lot 13 ⏰Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM #TravelPhotographyTechniques #InfluencerCheck-inSpots #Let's Explore the Stores #MobilePhotographer #Self-DrivingTravelGuide
I enjoyed Beijing-style hot pot in Fuzhou at Jingbuhuan. I'd heard before I came that the roast duck skin was incredibly crispy. The overall ambiance is elegantly decorated in a traditional Chinese style, with antique couplets adorning the walls and two dragons running through the center of the room between the first and second floors. Both the food and the ambiance are impressive for entertaining guests. 🖼Restaurant Ambiance: The hot pot is cooked in a charcoal-fired copper pot. The seating is comfortable and spacious, so you don't run out of space for a large order. There's definitely enough seating, with about 40 tables on the first and second floors, accommodating around 200 people. [Waiting] We went during dinner time on a weekday and reserved a table in advance. Upon arrival, we discovered there was no line due to the rain. This restaurant specializes in roast duck, Beijing cuisine, and traditional hot pot, all with innovative touches. The cleanliness is excellent, and serving chopsticks are provided for sharing. Here are a few recommended dishes: 👍Most Recommended: ["Beijing Buhuan Crispy, Not Greasy Roast Duck"] Half a duck for 109 yuan ·Beijing roast duck is all about the crispy skin. ·Unlike other Peking ducks, this one also features shredded cantaloupe in addition to shredded cucumber and scallions. The flavor of the rolled-up duck is surprisingly good, and it's especially juicy when hot. ·A half-duck portion is just the right size for 3-4 people. ·The crispy skin can also be dipped in sugar for a unique, sizzling flavor. ["Hand-Cut Fresh Lamb"] · When it comes to Beijing-style hot pot, lamb is a must. · This lamb is either a lamb roll or lean lamb slices. It's served on a pipa-shaped plate, perfect for two people. · Good lamb isn't at all smelly, unlike the thin lamb rolls. It can be cooked longer and is a warming ingredient. ["Premium Beef"] · The beef is naturally top-notch. · Unlike other hot pot restaurants, their beef has a firmer texture. High-quality beef retains its shape after hot pot. · Served in a copper container, it looks luxurious and is perfect for two people. · It's ready to eat in 30 seconds, with a chewy texture. ["Cheese Smoked Sausage"] Price: 23 yuan · This sausage is highly recommended; unlike other sausages, they have cheese in it. · It doesn't have a fishy texture, but is slightly smooth and delicious with a burst of juice. · It's important to let it cool before eating it hot. If it's too hot, you'll burn yourself, and if it's too cold, it'll solidify and lose its juice. [Service] The waiter was very friendly. It was raining when I arrived, and I had my hands full. The doorman helped me close my umbrella. The food was served quickly, too, though it's easy to miss something, so they did check everything after serving. [Suitable] Suitable for dates, gatherings with three or five friends, work dinners, or family gatherings. [Comparison] Compared to other hotpot restaurants, this place offers better quality meat, affordable side dishes, and a wide variety of Beijing dishes. The atmosphere is also more inviting. 📍Detailed Address: On the Avenue of Stars in Taihe on the East Second Ring Road, a row of shops just outside the mall. After your meal, you can stroll through Taihe to help digest your food. 🚉 Transportation: To get to Taihe, take the bus to the Mastercard Garden stop. Driving or riding an e-bike is recommended, as parking is convenient in the basement. You can also take a taxi directly to the Avenue of Stars stop, saving you a short walk. 🌟Highlights: The sour plum juice can be heated up by the waiter, making it especially suitable for women.
