The rose ox tongue is beautifully shaped and colored, and crispy and tender after cooking. I love it. The three crispy hot pot dishes: tripe, yellow throat, and duck intestines—all my favorites. The Yunnan fresh mushroom platter is crispy, tender, and sweet, each with its own unique flavor. A must-try for mushroom lovers. There are also a variety of Yunnan specialty vegetables you won't see anywhere else, so definitely try them! Water lily, fresh king lily, pink white fungus, air-shipped ginger melon, air-shipped large kale, and day lily. I really like the water lily and pink white fungus. The king lily has a unique flavor, something I've never experienced before. Salted egg yolk siu mai and handmade brown sugar glutinous rice cakes are delicious.
