The shop's wood and white decor and displays create a warm atmosphere. The dishes are generally Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan-style, all freshly cooked over high heat. The portion is incredibly generous, the chicken is incredibly tender, and it's coated in gooey mashed potatoes. There is warm light inside, like a coffee shop, and also like a noodle shop. This restaurant in Fuzhou is quite popular online, so I went there specifically to check it out! The food was really good. Name: Shiba Inu Shokudo Address: 80 Yuanshuai Road (next to Jack's Bar and the small square in Kurashiki) Ambience: Although the decor is very Japanese, the dishes inside are quite unique! Service: Very good! We even gave them stickers after our meal, which I loved! Special Recommendations: "Palembang Pineapple Pork Neck" The stir-fried pork neck with chicken was delicious!!! The pineapple was super sweet! It was a great way to break up the greasiness! I also loved the accompanying hot and sour sauce. "Gold Medal Secret Scallion Oil Noodles" This noodle dish is only one yuan! It comes with a soft-boiled egg—it's so fragrant when you poke it and mix it with the scallion oil. It's a great value! "Green Curry Soft Shell Crab with Squid Ink Rice" Overall, the taste was pretty good. The soft shell crab was edible, but the curry was a bit lacking, so it wasn't enough with the rice.
