I never expected Fuzhou to have giant fried eggs. One bite of the broth-soaked fried egg was absolutely amazing. The numbing, spicy flavor was incredibly satisfying. I'd come back to Fuzhou countless times just for this hot pot! ☑️Black Gold Sweet Potato Wrap The oversized platter was generous! I always put the whole thing in and then used it to wrap the meat, haha. It's even more chewy than regular sweet potato wrap, and the glutinous texture is absolutely amazing. ☑️Nine-Grid Platter This dish cured my indecisiveness. You get to try so many local specialties in one go. A must-try for everyone! ☑️Banana Milk Ice Cream I highly recommend this dessert! It's so pretty, I'm sure no one wouldn't love it. It's topped with a whole banana ice cream, and the sorbet is filled with red bean dumplings. It's a rich, rich flavor. ☑️Happy Water Of course, hot pot shouldn't be without a drink, especially when it's spicy. A sip is refreshing and helps alleviate the spiciness. Finally, you can also order the peppery crispy tongue, tiger skin chicken feet, and baba skewers.
