河鱼🐟I went to Guangyuan for two nights. I saw that this hot pot restaurant had good reviews. We went there at 4pm and waited for a seat for half an hour. The business was so good.
As for the taste of the hot pot, it didn't seem to be particularly amazing.
It was like yogurt beef and red wine beef. The serving method was quite special.
We haven't seen it in Xi'an.
The taste of the dishes is similar to other hot pots.
I suggest people who haven't eaten it to try it.

If you're looking for a weekend getaway, Guangyuan, Sichuan, the hometown of the Empress, is a good choice. The flavors tend to favor spicy Sichuan cuisine and the hot cold noodles of Hanzhong. Souvenirs include Ma Xingguo Walnut Cakes (individually wrapped for easy portability) and Xiao Tang Walnut Cakes (delicious eaten right on the spot). We close in the afternoon when they sell out. Day 1: Sichuan Panlong Airport (direct flights from Shanghai, only one per day). Guangyuan's nightlife scene! It's a wasted trip if you don't try these two restaurants 🌙 Late-night foodies, look no further! 👀 Guangyuan's Old Town boasts two late-night snack kings: a legendary cold noodle shop with a 20-year spree, and a local hot pot favorite. Eat like a local! [Meimei Night Cold Noodles] 📍Xinhua Street, Old Town 🕙5:00 PM - 3:00 AM 💰12-15 RMB per person This must-try Guangyuan cold noodle shop is the ultimate! The noodles are incredibly chewy, the chili oil is fragrant but not overpowering, and the special sauce is simply divine! Sipping on a small street stool feels so local! I love their secret pickled mustard greens; they're sour, sweet, and refreshing, and super appetizing. A must-order for every table is the steaming hot rice tofu, which is soft, glutinous, and flavorful. [Hu Hanhan Hotpot] 📍Corner of Old Town Pedestrian Street 🕙4:00 PM - 2:00 AM 💰60-80 RMB per person A hidden gem only locals know! The beef oil base is incredibly fragrant, and the tripe is incredibly crispy and tender. We especially recommend the Guangyuan-style cured pork ribs hotpot! Not only does it get more fragrant as it cooks, but the meat on the bones is incredibly flavorful. The setting is a classic traditional hotpot restaurant, with steaming hot dishes and a wonderful atmosphere. Be sure to try the owner's homemade oil sauce recipe! 🔥Tips: 1. The two restaurants are a 10-minute walk apart, so it's recommended to have the cold noodles first before heading to the hotpot restaurant. 2. The cold noodle restaurant opens at 5:00 PM, so don't miss out. 3. The hotpot restaurant recommends arriving before 6:00 PM on weekends; there will be a line if you arrive late. #GuangyuanFood #LateSnackCheck-In #SichuanSnacks #HotpotLove #CityLife
When visiting Guangyuan, Sichuan, and trying out the local cuisine, I definitely want to try the local hotpot. After seeing a recommendation, I decided to go there for my first meal. This restaurant is incredibly popular, and the lines are said to be hours long during lunchtime. Hu Hanhan Hotpot (Old City Branch) Address: No. 43, Xiaoxi Street, Old City, Lizhou District, Guangyuan, Sichuan Open: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Hu Hanhan Hotpot is located in an old residential area on the banks of the Jialing River. With large tables and long benches, the decor is simple, creating a truly local hotpot atmosphere. You can get a number via your phone, and the lines at the restaurant can be quite long during lunchtime. There are over a dozen tables both indoors and outdoors. Hot pot requires a minimum of an hour, so it's recommended to get a number in advance. ✅ You can order via mobile phone. 📱 The dishes are small, but the portions are generous, making it convenient for trying a wide variety of dishes. The average cost per person is around 70 yuan, which is great value. ✅ We, one adult and one child, ordered fresh tripe, goose intestines, 🍷 red wine beef, Gongcai meatballs, luncheon meat, mushrooms, and kelp. For larger groups, try their various beef dishes and platters. ✅ They also offer desserts, such as iced glutinous rice balls, brown sugar fermented glutinous rice balls, and fermented rice glutinous rice ice beans. Flowers, etc., a bite of spicy hot pot and a bite of ice—very satisfying. ✅The signature braised chicken feet 🐓 is also a popular dish. There's a platter you can try, with four different flavors, two of each, and they're perfectly tender. ✅If you can't handle spicy food 🌶️, you can remove some of the hot pot base after adding it, as the flavor will get spicier and stronger as it cooks. ⭕️Others The hot pot restaurant is located in the old city. After dinner, you can walk to the Jialing River 🌊 for a stroll. You can also take a boat 🛥️ on the Jialing River at night from the Daxi Street Chenglou Pier next to Fengxiang Tower. #HotpotYouWaitForTheLine #LocalDelicacy #TryAnAuthenticOldBranch #HotpotYouWaitForTheLine #TravelWithCuteKids
I absolutely love Guangyuan! I really want to buy a house there! Sichuan isn't just about Chengdu. If you want to experience a truly slow-paced city, you have to visit riverside cities like Deyang, Mianyang, Yibin, and Guangyuan. They're bustling yet relaxed, with everything from food and entertainment to entertainment. Without the hustle and bustle of office workers, it feels like everyone is striving for a better life. Guangyuan boasts the "Jianmen Pass," where one man holds the fort against ten thousand! Northeast Sichuan's rich history has always exuded a sense of security. Besides trying the local specialty "tofu banquet" in Guangyuan, I also discovered a fantastic hot pot restaurant. This newly opened restaurant in the old city is both beautiful and delicious, from the decor to the menu! I bet it'll soon become an internet sensation, with long lines waiting for check-in. Hidden away in a residential building, it has a nostalgic theme, and the hot pot base is remarkably Chongqing-style, with half the ingredients in one pot! The menu is innovative and diverse, and they even combine it with iced glutinous rice balls! I'll go for this hot pot first~ 🍽[Food Guide] 📍Address: No. 43, Xiaoxi Street, Old Town, Guangyuan City 🚗Transportation: Didi, Taxi 🕙Opening Hours: 11:30 AM - 3:00 AM 🍽Recommended Dishes: Family Fun, Braised Chicken Feet, Iced Tangyuan 🖼Restaurant Atmosphere: Nostalgic theme, lively and down-to-earth atmosphere 💰Average Cost: NT$80 🍜Overall Restaurant Score: 8.5 #Internet-famous hotpot check-in again #Hotpot you'll want to queue for #Let's Explore
