This Dicos is close to the pedestrian street in the city center, not far from the west gate of Phoenix Mountain. The restaurant is on the second floor, not very large, with good sanitary environment, but the space between the tables is small, and there are booths by the window. There is a glass display between the two ordering counters to display the dishes, but there are only a few rice models. As a standardized chain restaurant, the girl at the front desk speaks with a strong local accent and can't understand Mandarin very well, which is a bit frustrating, but her attitude is still very good. I had rice at Dicos in Kunming many years ago and thought it was pretty good. This time I was not disappointed. As a Western restaurant represented by fried chicken, the Chinese food is better than McDonald's and KFC. The signature dish, pistol chicken legs, is freshly made. I waited for more than ten minutes, but it was worth it, crispy and delicious.
