The braised duck is very tasty, and the skin of the large intestine is crispy. It is delicious and not greasy. 2. Horse hoof asparagus, a very summer dish, fresh ingredients, refreshing and delicious. 3. Snow vegetable mushrooms, this combination is very fresh when fried and goes well with rice.

It is difficult to find if you have not been there before and do not have navigation. Even during lunch time on weekdays, there are a lot of people. If you don’t have time to wait for a table, you can just take it away. Now a serving of large intestine costs 75, which is really not cheap. The large intestine is slightly crispy, sweet and salty, and the taste is quite special. Some people may not be used to it. They will give you a small box of dipping sauce, but the dipping sauce is a bit salty, and the large intestine can be eaten without the sauce.

The family made an appointment to go to Deming for dinner. It was the first time to go there after the renovation. We reserved a private room in advance. There is a minimum consumption for the private room, which must be 800 yuan excluding drinks.
