The design uses raw materials as its language; the textures of rammed earth, raw wood, and exposed concrete speak of understated luxury through the interplay of light and shadow. The spacious and serene space, with every turn carefully considered, creates a sense of security and privacy. Most captivating is its presentation of local culture. The dishes, presented with innovative modern techniques, interpret the seasonal delicacies of Xixi, offering a refined and delicate culinary journey through the wetland. More than just a meal, it's a profound experience that awakens the senses and soothes the soul. Finger lime and veal, cabbage and tofu are my favorite classic dishes. Boiling water is a new seasonal favorite. I highly recommend everyone try it. It looks spicy, but it's actually savory and fragrant. The fish is tender and incredibly flavorful. This dish is amazing!
