半亩良田排骨米饭(道里百盛店)

The dishes recommended by the waiter on the 27th really resonated with me. I didn't have much of an appetite that day, but after he gently introduced a few dishes, I chose the steamed sea bass. The fish was so tender it melted in my mouth, the soy sauce was savory with a hint of sweetness, and with the setting sun shining obliquely through the window, I felt completely relaxed. This feeling of being understood is more precious than anything else.

The pork ribs here are stewed to perfection! The chunks of meat are large, still with marrow attached, making them incredibly flavorful. The sauerkraut flavor is completely infused into the meat, making every bite tangy and delicious. I highly recommend ordering this when you go, and remember to bring a bowl of rice with it—the broth is absolutely amazing with rice!

Locals don't really go there much, but their signature pork ribs are really good. They're stewed until incredibly tender, falling off the bone with just a touch. The rice is also perfectly separated, which is quite rare.
