Our second stay at The Langham, Hefei at the end of August left us with wonderful memories. First, thank you to our lobby manager, Le 🌹🌹🌹—he has a strong sense of service and is always attentive to our customers' needs. He possesses excellent communication and coordination skills, flexibly and effectively resolving conflicts and resolving problems for our customers. I sincerely admire your professionalism and high emotional intelligence 👍👍👍. Secondly, we were deeply impressed by the warm and attentive waitstaff in the Italian restaurant, and their meticulous work ethic. Although the menu was a set menu, each dish was visually appealing and delicious. Kudos to the chef that night 👍👍👍. We are certain to stay at The Langham again whenever we're in Hefei! Thanks to Manager Le and the food and beverage staff, our understanding and appreciation of the Langham brand has deepened!

A must-visit buffet restaurant in Hefei! The Langham Hefei Parkview has a wide variety of dishes, fresh seafood, exquisite desserts, and super attentive service. The dining experience is perfect! The Tom Yum Goong soup is especially delicious, and Gavin's service is very positive. It's a great experience to dine here.

Summer vacation is coming to an end, so I took some time to bring my family here for a Western meal. The overall environment is very comfortable and upscale. The dish that impressed me the most was the freshly baked cod. It was really crispy and tender, and paired with the sauce, it was absolutely amazing! Of course, the desserts here are also very good, and the service is very attentive.

From the moment you step into the restaurant, the rich aroma of black truffles and the aroma of freshly baked bread interweave to create an authentic Italian style. The chef's interpretation of traditional Italian food is amazing - the handmade pasta is soft and chewy, the truffle sauce blooms with the scent of the forest between the teeth, and the golden color and mellow taste of the Milanese saffron risotto perfectly replicate the flavor of the old shop on the Venice Canal. Tiramisu is even more wonderful, the dense cream and the bitterness of coffee wine dance an elegant tango between the lips and teeth. The Chianti red wine recommended by the sommelier has soft tannins, which is a perfect match with the salty fragrance of Parma ham. The service of the restaurant is also first-class, revealing professionalism and enthusiasm for guests everywhere!

The dishes were incredibly delicious, especially the beef carpaccio and freshly baked thin-crust pizza 🍕. 😋 Service: Excellent and attentive.
