The drinks look simple but are super good. I love Caffè Paradiso, it's their perfect interpretation of Irish coffee. The music and overall atmosphere are great. Definitely worth a visit when in Hong Kong!

A must visit! Ranked #1 in the top 50 in Asia and now I understand why. It's such a European Italian vibe but with such a nice cocktail card and very friendly staff.

Antinori boasts a wealth of experience at popular hotel bars across Europe and Asia, including the American Bar at The Savoy in London and the now-defunct Dandelyan. Bar Leone, centered around the concept of "cocktail popolari," aims to recreate the atmosphere of a Roman neighborhood bar where residents gather for coffee, aperitifs, and casual conversation. The bar's interior design is inspired by Rome of the 1980s and 1990s, offering a warm and down-to-earth feel rooted in Italian culture and hospitality. A native of Rome, Antinori strives to eschew the complexities of modern bartending, presenting high-quality drinks with a touch of authenticity and precision. Bar Leone's cocktail menu is updated monthly and published as a Google Doc, with full recipes and methods publicly available, ensuring everyone can share the details of each drink. Bar Leone opened in June 2023 and quickly gained recognition. The following year, it catapulted to international prominence, earning the No. 1 spot in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2024 and No. 2 in The World's 50 Best Bars 2024. Earlier this year, Bar Leone retained its title of Best Bar in Asia at the 2025 Asia's 50 Best Bars. Finally checked out Bar Leone, a place I've been wanting to check out for ages. 🍸 Tucked away in an alley off Central's cobblestone streets, the moment I stepped through the door, it felt like I'd stepped onto a vintage movie set. The dimmed lighting, wooden bar, and vintage posters adorning the walls are incredibly charming! The bartenders are incredibly chatty and recommend special cocktails tailored to your preferences. ✨Must-try: "Leone Signature" Rich and fruity with a hint of booze, the lemon zest on the rim is incredible. "Black Truffle Fries" Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, perfect with a drink. For over 200 per person, you can get an immersive experience. Perfect for a quick get-together with friends or a date! Reserve in advance, or you'll likely miss out.
